This is a large square semi-abstract modern contemporary colorful statement piece of art. This painting is inspired by waterreflections as seen in the canal in front of the artist her home. Due to weather circumstances and season it always changes in appereances and always gives inspiration. But the artist is also inspired by the Monet waterscapes which can be seen in the more or less impressionistic way of the painting. It is painted in loose brushstrokes, in brown and grey with contrasting marks in bright colors like blue, green, orange, red and pink. The painting is painted in many layers and has dripping effects. It is a peaceful painting, calming to the soul, yet happy and joyful with all the colors. The pictures of the painting in situ might not be realistic but are for display purpose only. The painting comes with an certificate of authenticity and is ready to hang. It will be shipped in a cardboard box. It is signed on the back, at request at the front.
