Description

Napoleon laid bare. Napoleons famous palindrome "Able was I, ere I saw elba" apparently uttered by him as he contemplated his exile on the island of Elba. Although a genius tactitian this palindrome, was to me, an indication of his inability to see beyond his own limits. One of histories greatest military strategists Napoleon would later die in exile on the island of St Helena off the coast of Africa.
